The home humanoid, in limited beta
1X Technologies began life in Norway in 2014 as Halodi Robotics, spent years on wheeled humanoid platforms, and is now building Neo — a humanoid designed specifically for the home. Neo is in limited home beta: real houses, real early users, but not a product you can buy off the shelf yet.
Because Neo is still in beta, 1X publishes no public user manual — beta participants receive documentation directly. The company's official site is the authoritative source for specifications and availability updates.
